Usage: Made to use all over body. Generously around abdominal area. 

For medicinal purposes: Use a drop around belly button or around abdominal area, after cleansing skin, before bed.

For massaging: Place jar in hot water until reaching your desired temperature. Do not heat in microwave. Add a few drops to needed area of skin &  Massage around areas in pain to reduce inflammation, constipation, arthritis, and menstrual cramps.
